Responsibilities
- Implement customer feedback, changes, and enhancements by clarifying expectations, designing solutions, and building product improvements.
- Investigate and resolve complex or escalated issues involving application crashes, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
- Analyze logs, application behavior, and system performance to identify root causes and conduct detailed root-cause analysis.
- Implement long-term fixes and enhancements in collaboration with development teams.
- Monitor applications, detect anomalies, and optimize performance and scalability using monitoring tools.
- Support production deployments, hotfixes, rollback procedures, and post-deployment validation.
- Ensure support activities comply with GxP and applicable regulatory requirements while maintaining audit trails and incident documentation.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams and communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Guide and groom junior team members toward independently handling product improvements and customer feedback.
- Document solutions, workarounds, and known issues and provide guidance and training to L1/L2 teams.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Working knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI, and Postman.
- Working knowledge of Angular 7 or above, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server, and related cloud-native application technologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, code reviews, troubleshooting complex and performance-related issues, and writing efficient code and queries.
- Familiarity with UI and unit testing tools including MSTest, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, and Karma.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, authentication and authorization, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with at least one service-oriented architecture project and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience guiding junior team members is preferred.
- MCA or a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, leadership, customer-service, and technical documentation skills.
