Responsibilities
- Design and develop software modules and features independently or as a technical lead.
- Participate in requirements documentation and review, software development, integration testing, and on-time project delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes and system improvements.
- Lead or participate in code refactoring and technical-debt identification and remediation.
- Use AI tools for requirements analysis, code generation, and code review.
- Develop business and technical knowledge and maintain current technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Strong Java fundamentals and experience developing distributed applications.
- Familiarity with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and MyBatis.
- Familiarity with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL; SQL optimization and NoSQL experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux commands, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Vibe Coding and the ability to use AI tools fluently and safely.
- Strong teamwork, responsibility, initiative, and cross-team communication skills.
- Standard Mandarin proficiency and CET-4 or higher English proficiency, including reading and communication.
- AI development project experience is preferred.
