Responsibilities
- Implement and develop business application systems and new modules.
- Support MES, ERP, SCM, CRM, EAP, RTD, APS, and SPC business applications collaboratively.
- Design business application reports using MSRS, Crystal Reports, and Fine Report.
- Independently diagnose, identify, and resolve complex system problems.
- Investigate and fix system bugs.
- Provide business consultation to business users.
- Maintain end-user documentation and support training efforts.
- Implement system upgrades and new releases.
- Participate fully as a member of project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, or a related subject.
- 3–6 years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL databases.
- Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
- MES, ERP, SCM, CRM, EAP, RTD, APS, SPC, or related MIS experience is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with peers and end users.
- Good English reading and writing skills; spoken English is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, work in a team, and demonstrate strong passion for technology.
