Responsibilities
- Design and develop software modules and features independently or as a technical lead.
- Participate in requirements writing and review, software development, integration testing, and on-time delivery.
- Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes and improvements.
- Lead or participate in code refactoring and technical debt identification and remediation.
- Use AI tools for requirements analysis, code generation, and code review.
- Learn new business domains and technologies while maintaining technical competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional work experience.
- Strong foundation in Java and experience developing distributed applications.
- Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate or MyBatis.
- Experience with Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL relational databases; SQL optimization and NoSQL experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Linux commands, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Vibe Coding and the ability to use AI tools fluently and safely.
- Strong initiative, responsibility, teamwork, and cross-team communication skills.
- Standard Mandarin and English proficiency sufficient for reading and communication; CET-4 or above is required.
- AI development project experience is preferred.
