Responsibilities
- Design and develop software modules and features independently or as a technical lead.
- Participate in requirements documentation and review, development, integration testing, and on-time delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes and improvements.
- Lead or participate in code refactoring and technical debt identification and remediation.
- Use AI tools for requirements analysis, code generation, and code review in a fluent and secure manner.
- Develop business and technical knowledge while maintaining current technology skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience with Vibe Coding and safe, effective use of AI tools.
- Strong foundation in Java and experience developing distributed applications.
- Familiarity with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate or MyBatis.
- Experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL; SQL optimization and NoSQL experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux commands, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong initiative, responsibility, teamwork, and cross-team communication skills.
- Standard Mandarin proficiency and at least CET-4 English proficiency, with the ability to read and communicate in English.
- AI development project experience is preferred.
