Responsibilities
- Design and develop software modules and features independently or as a technical lead.
- Write and review functional requirements and participate in development and integration testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Lead or participate in code refactoring and technical-debt identification and remediation.
- Use AI tools for requirements analysis, code generation, and code review.
- Continue learning new business knowledge and technologies while collaborating across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience with Vibe Coding and the ability to use AI tools fluently and safely.
- Strong Java fundamentals and experience developing distributed applications.
- Familiarity with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate or MyBatis, relational databases, SQL optimization, and preferably NoSQL applications.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux commands, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proactive, responsible, collaborative, and effective in cross-team communication.
- Standard Mandarin and English proficiency at College English Test Band 4 or higher, including the ability to read and communicate in English.
- AI development project experience is preferred.
