Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and drive implementation of agentic commerce solutions through production delivery.
- Translate multi-agent patterns, RAG pipelines, LLM applications, and orchestration designs into working systems.
- Design and validate integrations with enterprise commerce platforms, OMS, PIM, CRM, payments, and fulfilment systems.
- Review APIs, event-driven patterns, agentic protocols, code, configurations, and technical decisions for architectural compliance.
- Oversee embedding pipelines, vector retrieval, semantic search, and product data foundations.
- Implement AI governance, observability, audit logging, human-in-the-loop escalation, monitoring, and production guardrails.
- Lead client working sessions that connect architecture decisions to implementation.
- Create reusable reference patterns, accelerators, and delivery standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is stated in the posting.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience in technical architecture, solution engineering, or software engineering with enterprise delivery experience.
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise commerce platform such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, commercetools, SAP Commerce, or a composable/MACH-aligned stack.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering generative AI and agentic AI systems, including LLM applications and RAG architectures.
- Experience with at least one agentic AI framework such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
- Familiarity with MCP, A2A, or ACP agentic commerce protocols.
- Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI deployment and cloud-native delivery practices.
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, observability, tracing, auditability, and production guardrails.
- Experience with Google Vertex AI Agent Builder, AWS Bedrock Agents, or Azure AI Foundry is beneficial.
- Exposure to MACH, headless commerce, and API-first architecture patterns is beneficial.
