Responsibilities
- Build and evolve automation frameworks for network provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and Jinja2.
- Integrate network automation into CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable deployments.
- Create APIs and self-service tooling for engineering teams.
- Implement observability and telemetry solutions for performance and reliability.
- Partner with network, platform, and security teams to deliver resilient, scalable systems.
- Contribute to incident response and production reliability, including on-call responsibilities for critical infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience managing high-performance, low-latency, scalable, and resilient network infrastructure.
- Confidence with Python and solid engineering fundamentals across testing, version control, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and Jinja2 for infrastructure automation.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude Code.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to monitoring, observability, or telemetry in distributed systems.
- Strong networking fundamentals and ideally experience as a network engineer in financial markets.
- Ability to take ownership, solve problems pragmatically, and work collaboratively in fast-paced engineering teams.
