Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components using React or other modern frameworks such as Angular or Vue.
- Optimize frontend performance, scalability, responsiveness, and cross-device user experience.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and ensure data consistency.
- Ensure applications meet WCAG accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, UX designers, and product managers on UI integration and usability.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions, provide technical input, maintain documentation, and contribute to frontend development best practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrable ability to program with React and understanding of writing production code.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and strong knowledge of CSS.
- Experience with Redux and TanStack Query.
- Ability to translate designs accurately from Figma and awareness of good UX practices.
- Knowledge of web application security fundamentals.
- Proficiency with Git.
- Foundational knowledge of programming methodologies and data structures, particularly for large datasets.
- Portfolio or public GitHub repository showcasing previous work.
- Solution-focused, analytical, and problem-solving approach.
