Responsibilities
- Design and develop the global e-commerce search system architecture and affiliated products.
- Optimize high-concurrency, high-throughput systems for stability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Develop core search capabilities and components for partners and high-quality content.
- Optimize online services, offline data flows, architecture abstractions, and search processes.
- Research and implement new technologies and develop software solutions, updates, and testing procedures.
- Integrate hardware and software systems with computer hardware engineers and define specifications and performance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience building scalable systems.
- Programming experience in one or more of C, C++, Java, or Golang.
- Strong programming ability, design and code quality, communication skills, ownership, and drive.
- Preferred experience in personalized recommendations, search engines, machine learning, distributed storage systems, or big data frameworks.
