Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, and clients.
- Prepare code documentation, technical reports, flowcharts, diagrams, project status updates, and MIS reports.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.
- Respond to customer requests, track faults, gather feedback, and maintain high-quality customer interactions.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- Experience understanding software requirements, systems flow, data usage, work processes, and software development activities.
- Ability to code, test, debug, modify, and optimize software solutions.
- Ability to design and execute software validation and test scenarios.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate project status clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, follow software development best practices, and complete relevant certifications.
