Responsibilities
- Lead cross-team delivery for the Product Licensing Service group across multiple projects.
- Design and implement an entitlement management system with cross-department and cross-country integrations.
- Develop and lead full-stack web applications for business analysis and visualization.
- Drive roadmap development, data-oriented decisions, and visualization strategies for the Product Licensing Service group.
- Deliver billing, invoicing, and other business-side technical solutions using AWS or Azure.
- Integrate AI development tools into specification, testing, code review, debugging, and development workflows.
- Lead service operations, DevOps practices, release automation, and reliability improvements.
- Lead database design, cloud project development, and high-scalability, high-availability web-service engineering.
- Participate in agile development, cross-team collaboration, on-call rotation, and flexible working hours.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of C#, Python, Go, or Node.js, with RESTful Web API development experience.
- Strong cloud-computing knowledge and experience leading cloud projects on AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of application security and secure software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience designing and operating highly scalable and highly available web services.
- Ability to lead database design and manage database-related activities.
- Familiarity with microservice architectures and container solutions such as Docker or K8s.
- Hands-on experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI-native development tools in real or side projects.
- Ability to provide effective context to AI tools and critically review AI-generated code.
- Preferred experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions, Terraform or CloudFormation, and Elasticsearch or Kibana.
- Fluent spoken and written English is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, independent-working, learning, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
