Responsibilities

Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade DPM products and third-party or open-source solutions.
Support AWS cloud infrastructure, deployment infrastructure, application infrastructure, and SaaS platform operations.
Monitor the function and performance of DPM solutions and support production releases and promotions.
Assist with security engineering audit and compliance tasks, including alert tuning, log collection, patching, and upgrades.
Automate and document Platform Engineer processes.
Troubleshoot platform errors and assist with application bug fixes.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and perform bi-weekly off-hours maintenance within required maintenance windows.
Collaborate with architecture, development, and product development teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
NATO SECRET security classification or willingness to undergo screening to attain NATO Secret security clearance.
Experience configuring, managing, and upgrading servers and software.
Knowledge of Oracle database applications and REST Web Services.
Familiarity with version control and continuous integration and delivery tools such as Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Azure DevOps, Salt, AWS CodeCommit, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipeline, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
Software development experience on Linux platforms using Node.js, Java, Python, or Bash is highly desirable.
Experience with AWS Cloud Services, Kibana, ADO Boards, Jira, or Remedy is valuable.
Familiarity with AWS or equivalent public cloud experience and Infrastructure as Code is valuable.
Ability to learn new technologies and collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.

Remote position based in Portugal.
Eligible for a bonus opportunity.
