Base Salary
$60k - $96k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices and REST APIs.
- Build scalable cloud-native applications with high availability, resiliency, and low-latency performance.
- Develop and enhance frontend applications using Angular or React and integrate them with backend services.
- Collaborate on solution design, proof-of-concepts, technology modernization, and architecture initiatives.
- Drive DevOps automation, monitoring, performance optimization, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise applications using Java.
- Strong expertise with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and domain-driven solutions using Hexagonal Architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React.
- Understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, application security, and cloud security best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Jenkins, and automated testing.
- Proficiency with Oracle, SQL Server, and NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with resilient customer-facing applications, OpenTelemetry, observability, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, resilience patterns, distributed systems troubleshooting, performance optimization, solution architecture, design thinking workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
