Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with marketing SMEs to design and ship production AI agents for campaigns, property marketing, content, social, ABM, and performance intelligence.
- Build, deploy, and operate agents that use regional context, brand guidelines, intent data, and tools to draft content, configure campaigns, monitor performance, and recommend optimizations.
- Create reusable composable LLM workflows for drafting, scoring, classification, and brand-voice tuning in the Marketing Domain Skills Library.
- Build integrations with CMS, DAM, CRM, marketing automation, advertising, and analytics systems, including through Marketing MCP servers.
- Translate integration and capability gaps into prioritized requirements for the marketing platform team.
- Own reliability, observability, evaluation, factual grounding, regression suites, offline benchmarks, and cost efficiency for LLM workflows.
- Contribute to multi-agent orchestration, escalation, handoff, and boundary-design patterns.
- Document learnings, refine the agent delivery playbook, and share practices through internal write-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience working with production systems, including meaningful enterprise API integration experience.
- Proficiency in English for a remote and largely asynchronous work environment.
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM APIs, prompt engineering, tool use or function calling, structured outputs, and context engineering.
- Experience with agent components including multi-step reasoning, tool orchestration, memory, error recovery, and human-in-the-loop escalation.
- Experience addressing hallucination grounding, tool reliability, evaluation, cost and latency tradeoffs, prompt drift, and production durability.
- Exposure to RAG systems, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval optimization, and grounding.
- Experience deploying LLM-powered services or agents to production cloud environments, including authentication, networking, secrets, observability, rollback, and cost monitoring.
- Ability to work directly with non-technical domain experts, translate ambiguous needs into shippable scope, and communicate architectural and operational tradeoffs.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
