Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services to help clients implement effective solutions.
- Translate customer needs into business and technology solutions and advise on transformation initiatives, customer journeys, and application designs.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop scalable, maintainable approaches.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Extensible Stylesheet Language XSL.
- Proficiency in Extensible Stylesheet Language XSL is required.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
- Experience with XML, XSL transformations, and related technologies.
- Spring Boot experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
