Responsibilities

  • Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and deliverables, serving as an escalation point and providing guidance to less experienced staff.
  • Design, build, test, document, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and modern API frameworks.
  • Develop frontend applications with reusable enterprise UI components and Python backend services, APIs, MCP services, and integration layers.
  • Design and integrate MCP servers and clients for secure context sharing among models, tools, applications, and agent runtimes.
  • Develop agentic workflows and modular, skill-based agents using frameworks such as LangChain Deep Agents and Google ADK.
  • Build reusable components, services, tool schemas, SDKs, and integration patterns for enterprise AI applications.
  • Integrate logging, tracing, monitoring, evaluation, resiliency, reliability, and agent observability capabilities.
  • Prepare applications and services for deployment on OpenShift or Kubernetes and collaborate with AI, platform, product, and architecture teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise GenAI platforms and AI-driven products.
  • Strong expertise in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, knowledge graphs, and long-term memory frameworks.
  • Experience architecting model orchestration, including routing, selection, fallback, and optimization strategies.
  • Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, MCP, or equivalent orchestration technologies.
  • Deep understanding of LLMOps, AI platform engineering, CI/CD automation, and production AI deployments.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI.
  • Strong Python proficiency and experience building services with Fast MCP, FastAPI, and Flask.
  • Experience developing REST APIs, asynchronous services, event-driven architectures, reusable APIs, SDKs, and developer frameworks.
  • Expertise in vector databases, graph databases, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval technologies.
  • Strong cloud-native engineering experience with Kubernetes, containers, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Experience establishing AI observability, monitoring, evaluation, resiliency, reliability, security, responsible AI, governance, privacy, and regulatory practices.
  • Understanding of token economics, AI cost optimization, usage forecasting, and platform efficiency strategies.
  • Experience with Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server, automated testing with Playwright, performance testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience building secure, scalable, maintainable applications aligned with enterprise platform standards.
