Responsibilities
- Design, enhance, and maintain microservices that support large-scale risk evaluation systems.
- Build and operate systems protecting millions of customers from fraud and other bad-actor activity.
- Improve onboarding and operational experiences using Gen AI technologies.
- Reduce the time and cost of risk evaluations through appropriate technologies and system improvements.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical systems.
- Discover underlying customer requirements, recommend technical approaches, and deliver effective solutions on schedule.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Strong leadership, learning, ownership, deep-dive, problem-solving, communication, and delivery skills.
- Exceptional customer relationship skills and the ability to identify underlying requirements and recommend alternative technical approaches.
