Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable foundational systems across data, cloud, ML, and product infrastructure.
- Manage multi-vendor GPU capacity and scheduling.
- Build ML training infrastructure and inference systems for scalable, performant video GenAI.
- Collaborate with product engineers and AI researchers to deliver performant systems.
- Monitor backend systems for performance, errors, and anomalies, and implement fixes and improvements.
- Maintain code quality through code reviews, pair programming, and unit and integration testing.
- Stay current with system technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working on scalable and performant systems.
- Proficiency in Python or C++.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of API design and development.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience with machine learning infrastructure, especially computer vision, is preferred.
- Prior startup or fast-paced technology environment experience is preferred.
