Responsibilities

Design and implement core platform features for FloQast's applications.
Lead technical design discussions and establish engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product and design teams to shape the roadmap.
Mentor and develop other engineers through code reviews and workshops.
Drive improvements in system reliability, performance, and developer experience.
Own critical technical decisions impacting the platform architecture.
Engage with customers to understand workflows and deliver transformative solutions.
Explore and implement new technologies to enhance core platform services.

10+ years of software engineering experience with complex technical projects.
Deep expertise in backend and frontend technologies like Go, Node.js, TypeScript, React, MongoDB, and AWS.
Experience designing and implementing scalable distributed systems for enterprise customers.
Strong product sense balancing technical excellence with business impact.
Proven track record of mentoring engineers and enhancing team capabilities.
Experience working with product, UI/UX design, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from conception to production.
Experience with API design and building developer-friendly interfaces.
Understanding of security and compliance requirements for enterprise SaaS.
