Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, customize, and optimize applications for SAP Utilities Billing business processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical application solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Support integrations between SAP Utilities Billing and other enterprise systems.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage teams.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Lead process-improvement efforts within teams and across projects.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing and experience configuring and customizing related SAP modules.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting business requirements and developing technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and familiarity with enterprise-system integration techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
