Base Salary
$230k - $262k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive high-leverage technical initiatives from problem framing through implementation and adoption.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor across engineering teams and own architectural decisions for cross-team initiatives.
- Establish and promote engineering standards, AI-native development patterns, and agentic tooling adoption.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical interviewing, onboarding, and community-building efforts.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design leadership on technical direction and business priorities.
- Develop web platforms using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, and other modern frameworks.
- Lead federated frontend and design system initiatives with cross-application adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience, excluding internships.
- At least 6 years of experience developing applications with TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks.
- At least 3 years of experience architecting or leading federated frontend or design systems with cross-application adoption.
- Preferred qualifications include 7+ years with TypeScript and JavaScript, modern web frameworks, HTML, and CSS.
- Preferred experience includes Jest, Cypress, Playwright, modular architecture, technical leadership, shared design systems, client BFFs, gRPC/Protobuf, canary releases, feature flags, and agentic AI coding tools.
