Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle.
- Implement agents, tools, skills, prompts, templates, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and indexing, and integrate vector databases.
- Connect enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Implement observability, guardrails, unit and integration tests, evaluations, red-team scenarios, and safety boundaries.
- Rapidly prototype, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs, and evolve prototypes into production systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects showing experimentation and rapid learning.
- Proficiency in two or more of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, Bash, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs.
