Base Salary
$204k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve core identity systems for Lila’s enterprise platform.
- Architect tenant-aware schemas and metadata systems for heterogeneous scientific data.
- Develop systems for tenant provisioning, usage metering, and compliance workflows.
- Operate as a senior technical leader across various engineering teams.
- Drive core enterprise capabilities to production, including multi-tenancy and audit logging.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience focused on Enterprise SaaS.
- Deep expertise in authentication/authorization, multi-tenancy, and billing/metering.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and event-driven systems.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence architecture.
- Hands-on coding experience in Python and modern backend frameworks.
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
