Responsibilities

Research and investigate external products and technologies to identify emerging trends.
Partner with data engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to align AI initiatives.
Drive architecture discussions, design and code reviews, and provide timely feedback.
Implement and evolve critical components of the architecture.
Contribute to hiring strong and diverse talent for the team.
Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and support reproducibility in ML and GenAI.
Develop optimal and scalable architecture for the cloud.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.

13+ years of professional server development experience using Java, Python, or similar languages.
10+ years of professional server development experience using Java or similar object-oriented language.
Experience in building data integrations with various sources.
Strong understanding of web-based architecture including web servers and databases.
Knowledge of SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
Up-to-date knowledge of trends in web application development, including AWS.
Proven track record of developing applications for performance and scale.
Experience building ETL pipelines and real-time applications.
