Responsibilities
- Drive architecture, design, and development of robust, scalable, and secure solutions using Java and Kafka.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering best practices in software engineering.
- Partner closely with Product Management to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Own end-to-end system design and implementation strategies.
- Actively contribute to the codebase and conduct code reviews.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in system performance.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure reliable delivery pipelines and secure product releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Proven experience designing, building, and supporting multitenant SaaS applications.
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot preferred) and event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions in the Identity Management domain.
- Strong experience working in Unix/Linux-based environments.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams and driving large-scale projects.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
