Responsibilities
- Drive the innovative use of Salesforce.com as an enterprise business platform.
- Contribute to low-level and high-level architecture design.
- Develop custom solutions within Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
- Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications.
- Champion best practices and guide the team in leveraging them.
- Drive user story analysis and ensure high code quality.
- Maintain technical documentation for the operations team.
- Manage engineering deliverables in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for CRM and provide thought leadership.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent technical qualification.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce programming and administration.
- Expert-level proficiency in Lightning Web Components and front-end development.
- Experience with release management and deployment technologies.
- Knowledge of data management and migration principles.
- Experience with integrations on the Salesforce platform.
- Practical knowledge of telephony and CTI systems.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development workflows and strong prompt engineering skills.
