Requirements
- 5+ years of technical support or software development experience.
- 3+ years in a business or technical analyst role for software implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to complex concepts.
- Instinctive problem decomposition skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to advocacy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
