Responsibilities
- Build robust and scalable web-based applications.
- Create abstractions and contracts with separation of concerns.
- Drive problem-solving for high-level business and technical issues.
- Conduct high-level design and functional modeling.
- Perform incremental changes to architecture and conduct impact analysis.
- Optimize performance in large-scale distributed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster team spirit.
- Collaborate with product managers to derive capability views from features.
- Lead execution of medium-sized projects and track their impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of programming experience in a general programming language like Java, C, or C++.
- Expertise in multi-threading and concurrency programming.
- Strong object-oriented design skills and knowledge of design patterns.
- Excellent coding skills with the ability to convert designs into code.
- Familiarity with Test Driven Development.
- Good understanding of databases like MySQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience in full life cycle development on a Linux platform.
- A BTech, MTech, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in building scalable business applications with complex data flows.
