Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build state-of-the-art computer vision models for construction drawings.
- Own end-to-end pipelines including data ingestion, labeling, training, evaluation, and inference.
- Scale model performance for accuracy, robustness, and low latency.
- Ship models to production and integrate them into customer features.
- Analyze failure modes using real customer data and implement fixes quickly.
- Apply current research pragmatically to improve models and measure impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in training and deploying computer vision and deep learning models.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, detection, document AI, and vision-language tasks.
- Experience integrating machine learning into real products with service level agreements.
- Ability to work with messy, real-world data and extract meaningful insights.
- Research-oriented mindset with a focus on practical execution and impact.
- Startup work ethic and a drive to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
