Responsibilities
- Support the development and evaluation of ML/AI models, including forecasting and predictive models for time-series data.
- Assist with LLM experimentation, fine-tuning, and deployment for applied use cases.
- Contribute to backend services, APIs, and data pipelines supporting AI and data solutions.
- Help build internal tools and dashboards for data visualization and stakeholder reporting.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on technical workstreams while developing increasing autonomy during the internship.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; applicants must not be currently enrolled in university.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and programming fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Coursework or project experience in machine learning or data science.
- Preferred: experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LLM fine-tuning, PEFT, LoRA, time-series models, forecasting, or other applied ML techniques.
- Preferred: prior internship, research, or open-source project experience in AI/ML.
- Strong communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

- Base compensation is $30-$40 hourly, with regional variations based on cost of labor.
