Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders in design and code reviews to promote best practices, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and update it based on product changes and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and effects on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
- Design and implement solutions in specialized machine-learning areas, leverage ML infrastructure, and demonstrate expertise in a chosen field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- Three years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and one year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Three years of experience with speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another specialized ML field.
- Three years of end-to-end machine-learning experience, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: Five years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: One year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: Experience developing accessible technologies.
