Base Salary
$100k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers, partners, Support, and customer-facing teams to gather production issue details and maintain clear resolution communications.
- Assess incidents, provide workarounds, and drive permanent resolutions for customer-impacting problems.
- Investigate full-stack issues using observability and debugging techniques, identify root causes, and submit documented pull requests with fixes.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and CloudOps teams to deploy timely and reliable fixes.
- Analyze issue patterns, improve observability and monitoring, document troubleshooting knowledge, and participate in post-incident reviews.
- Advocate for customer needs and share customer insights to inform product roadmap and quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- At least 1 year of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong programming skills and experience debugging and fixing production code.
- Demonstrated ability to systematically troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience with Git, version control systems, and creating pull requests.
- Proficiency with frontend and backend technologies and understanding of web application architecture, APIs, and databases.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
- Ability to learn new codebases and technical domains quickly.
- Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems is a plus.
- Experience with performance-oriented systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, customer empathy, ownership, accountability, and organizational skills.
