Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, reliable, testable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities including design, coding, code review, testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation.
- Use modern and AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, debugging, and workflow efficiency while maintaining quality and sound technical judgment.
- Improve product quality, performance, scalability, and reliability with team guidance.
- Review and iterate on solutions, identify issues, debug problems, and refine implementations.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and other cross-functional partners.
- Communicate clearly, seek feedback, learn from the team, and contribute to an inclusive engineering culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- 0–1+ years of experience building applications or systems through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
- Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and coding principles.
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with designing, building, deploying, and maintaining applications through the software development lifecycle.
- Exposure to or interest in modern and AI-assisted development tools and their responsible use.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and learning abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset and passion for building high-quality products at scale.
Benefits
- U.S. base pay range of $76,700–$152,200 annually, varying by work location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
- California and New York pay range of $105,100–$152,200 annually; Washington pay range of $101,300–$146,750 annually.
- Non-sales roles may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Plan and certain roles may offer new-hire equity awards.
- The role is intended for university graduates expected to graduate from December 2026 through June 2027.
