Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Boomi AtomSphere integration processes across cloud and on-premise systems.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, and third-party APIs using maps, connectors, process routes, and decision logic.
- Implement error handling, alerting, retry mechanisms, and dead letter queue patterns to improve integration resilience.
- Support API design, versioning, documentation, deprecation, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor integration health, investigate failures, and provide hypercare, BAU production support, incident triage, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and delivery teams to define requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to integration standards, patterns, governance, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and change records.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and Jira-based delivery activities.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on Boomi development experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency with Boomi AtomSphere process building, maps, connectors, dynamic document properties, and flow control.
- Experience integrating Salesforce through REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and SFTP.
- Strong understanding of JSON, XML, EDI, and flat-file data formats.
- Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, API keys, JWT, error handling, retry logic, and dead letter queues.
- Familiarity with SQL and data transformation logic.
- Ability to write and interpret technical integration specifications, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Boomi Professional Developer Certification or higher is desirable.
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript or SuiteTalk API, Snowflake, ELT pipelines, Salesforce CPQ, subscription billing integrations, automotive, SaaS, or DMS environments is desirable.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices and Atlassian tooling, including Jira and Confluence, is desirable.
