Responsibilities
- Work alongside engineers, developers, investment professionals, and analytics teams to develop software and value-added tools.
- Solve real-world business problems involving investment decisions, portfolio risk, and client service.
- Use programming, data, emerging technologies, and AI-powered tools to drive solutions and better outcomes.
- Explain technical concepts to stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Participate in training, mentorship, technical forums, networking, social events, and volunteer activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar major.
- Be enrolled at a university during the Fall 2027 semester and be able to begin full-time employment in Austin between January 2028 and August 2028.
- Maintain a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent, at an accredited four-year college or university.
- Be fluent in English in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Demonstrate programming skills or experience with Python, Java, C#, C++, SQL, RDBMS, and data warehouses.
- Have strong problem-solving, ownership, interpersonal, independent-work, and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate curiosity and experience using emerging technologies and AI tools in work or school projects.
