Base Salary

$50.62 - $81/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement audio system software.
  • Prototype, develop, maintain, debug, profile, optimize, and test audio firmware.
  • Characterize, analyze, organize, and present detailed performance metrics at large scale.
  • Optimize, maintain, validate, and diagnose failures in existing and new systems.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Coursework or foundational knowledge in digital signal processing (DSP).
  • Experience with real-time embedded and cross-platform development.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with C/C++ programming.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: knowledge of DSP architectures such as Hifi, Hexagon, and ARM SIMD.
  • Preferred: experience with acoustic and audio signal-processing algorithms.
  • Preferred: familiarity with audio peripherals and interfaces such as I2S, TDM, PDM, and DMA.
