Responsibilities
- Design and develop microservices architectures for new projects using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, Solution Analysts, Architects, and infrastructure teams to ensure integration and delivery.
- Build and optimize responsive user interfaces with Angular.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and code quality through reviews and engineering best practices.
- Develop and optimize technical workflows and contribute to test automation and continuous integration.
- Use monitoring, code quality, and log-analysis tools to support software reliability and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.
- Report progress and challenges to the Software Team Lead or Manager.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java 17 or later and Spring Boot for building scalable microservices.
- Familiarity with Angular for building responsive web interfaces.
- Strong understanding of relational database design and experience writing optimized SQL queries with large datasets.
- Proficiency with GitLab and Jenkins for version control and continuous integration.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to Instana, SonarQube, Grafana, and Kibana.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and English-language skills in cross-border teams.
- Experience with Spring Cloud Gateway, Keycloak, Redis, GitLab CI, or AWS is considered a plus.
