Responsibilities
- Define target architecture, domain standards, technology roadmaps, and high-level migration plans.
- Design, validate, and oversee solutions from concept through implementation and production support.
- Provide technical leadership for custom solutions, integrations, platform engineering, and architectural assurance.
- Analyze business, client, and technology requirements to recommend scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.
- Develop RFP responses, reusable patterns, enterprise frameworks, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Advise clients, executives, enterprise architects, solution architects, technical leads, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Identify technical, process, and structural risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery leadership to identify future requirements and support client solution proposals.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with ServiceNow Creator.
- 8–10 years of professional experience.
- Ability to define and govern enterprise or domain architecture, standards, roadmaps, and solution designs.
- Ability to provide technical leadership across design, development, integration, implementation, and support.
- Experience evaluating technology environments, business requirements, industry trends, and architectural tradeoffs.
- Ability to communicate architectural recommendations, create RFP solutions, and act as a trusted client advisor.
