Base Salary
$187k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead a small development team focused on improving operational workflows and delivering mission-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications supporting analytic and operational workflows.
- Expand workflow automation to improve efficiency and streamline mission processes.
- Develop and maintain backend analytics supporting application functionality and mission requirements.
- Use non-relational databases for application development and data management.
- Collaborate with analysts, operators, developers, and customers to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Break complex development efforts into actionable tasks, coordinate team responsibilities, and support iterative delivery through CI/CD workflows.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required, with an additional four years of experience accepted as a substitute.
- At least 12 years of software engineering experience is required.
- Extensive full-stack development experience, particularly with Java and Angular JavaScript, is required.
- Experience with non-relational databases is required.
- Experience incorporating customer feedback into software development is required.
- Experience developing software in Linux environments is required.
- Experience with AI-assisted development is required.
- Experience leading software development teams and coordinating technical efforts is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required; green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible.
- Applicants selected must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
