Base Salary
$176k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop custom full-stack software solutions, including analytic pipelines, web-based visualizations, and workflow automation tools.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand mission requirements, gather feedback, and enhance existing tools.
- Design and develop reliable user interfaces and workflows for analysts and operators.
- Build data visualization, task automation, and workflow improvement solutions.
- Integrate applications and services across diverse systems, teams, and technology stacks.
- Work with team leads, analysts, and developers to identify technical needs and deliver solutions.
- Independently drive development projects and proposals throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support application maintenance, scripting, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or an additional four years of experience in place of the degree.
- At least 12 years of software engineering experience, or 10 years with a master's degree.
- Full-stack development experience across areas such as UI/UX, middleware/APIs, backend development, DevOps, or data science.
- Experience leveraging AI agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Pi for software development and research.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Python.
- Experience with Angular or React.
- Familiarity with relational databases including PostgreSQL or SQLite.
- Familiarity with GitLab, CI/CD workflows, Docker, and containerized development.
- U.S. citizenship is required, and selected applicants must obtain or maintain a government security clearance.
