Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation, tooling, services, scripts, and applications for service management processes.
- Build monitoring, alert handling, recovery, reporting, API integration, and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
- Improve monitoring, alert quality, observability, service resilience, and production readiness across applications and platform services.
- Analyze recurring issues and operational trends to identify reliability and automation opportunities.
- Contribute to AI-enabled assistants, copilots, automated runbooks, knowledge retrieval, incident summarization, and operational insights.
- Support incident response, change execution, documentation, runbooks, risk, audit, control, security, and compliance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or a similar field.
- Experience with Python or scripting for automation and system integration.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and distributed systems concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Understanding of monitoring and observability concepts including metrics, logs, alerts, and dashboards.
- Preferred experience with Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, ServiceNow, Kubernetes, containers, platform engineering, AWS, Azure, AI/ML concepts, generative AI applications, secure automation, enterprise controls, and financial services or regulated environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, service-oriented, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
