Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance applications for performance and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to simplify experiences, reduce operational toil, and streamline workflows.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to AI initiatives and solutions.
- Lead a small team and manage stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related engineering field.
- 8–15 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with back-end technologies such as Java, Big Data, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience with databases and analytical tools such as SQL and Snowflake.
- Experience using AI tools and solutions such as Windsurf, Devin, CoPilot, and coding assistants.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deploying applications in production regions.
