Base Salary
$124k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, and troubleshoot secure and scalable full-stack software components.
- Write high-quality code using at least one programming language with limited guidance.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation, while validating outputs.
- Consider upstream and downstream systems and technical implications when developing solutions.
- Apply software development lifecycle tools, automation capabilities, and technical troubleshooting to solve problems.
- Analyze large and diverse data sets to identify problems and support decision-making in application development.
- Develop applications that translate business needs into scalable, secure, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 2+ years of applied experience.
- Proficiency designing and developing full-stack web applications using React.js and Java/Spring Boot.
- Experience with modern programming languages, database querying languages, debugging, and code maintenance in a large corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and critically evaluating their outputs.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle.
- Exposure to agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, security, and cloud technologies.
