Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, React or Angular, and microservices architectures.
- Build high-performance APIs and backend services supporting workforce management and contact center capabilities.
- Build and integrate solutions on AWS using Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, and S3.
- Implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes with CI/CD automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Create automated unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites and support production stability initiatives.
- Integrate enterprise applications with Amazon Connect and related contact center platforms.
- Contribute to voice and telephony platform development involving SIP-based systems, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, call routing, and contact center routing frameworks.
- Troubleshoot production issues across application, cloud, and telephony layers while supporting security, privacy, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders on solution design and feature delivery.
Requirements
- Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React or Angular, and microservices architecture.
- Experience developing scalable web applications, APIs, backend services, and cloud-native solutions.
- Experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, and S3.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Experience or exposure to Amazon Connect, SIP-based communication systems, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, call routing, or contact center routing frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across application, cloud, and telephony layers.
- Ability to collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders.
