Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, portals, modules, and platform customizations.
- Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflows, and integrations.
- Automate ITSM processes including incident, change, problem, request fulfillment, and knowledge management.
- Support and enhance CMDB accuracy, configuration item discovery, service mapping, dependency modeling, and service visibility.
- Build integrations between ServiceNow and cloud platforms, identity systems, monitoring platforms, infrastructure tools, and enterprise applications.
- Develop automation for provisioning requests, operational approvals, incident workflows, and service delivery processes.
- Follow ServiceNow security, governance, upgrade-safe development, testing, release management, documentation, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Discovery.
- Experience developing Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong JavaScript development skills and experience with APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT operations and service management processes.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, infrastructure operations, and enterprise technology environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
