Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Oversee development, configuration, integration, enhancement, testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce applications.
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications and provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
- Manage Salesforce implementation projects, including timelines, resources, budgets, status meetings, and delivery scope.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators and provide training on Salesforce best practices and new features.
- Conduct business process re-engineering, systems design, quality assurance, documentation, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare leadership presentations and govern monthly, quarterly, and other periodic reviews.
- Develop training materials and support adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- B.Tech., MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Hands-on proficiency with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools and platforms such as HubSpot, HighSpot, Outreach, Agentforce Agentic AI solutions, and Einstein AI.
- Coding, code review, testing, configuration, and end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams and handle senior-level client and project discussions.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in Salesforce CRM applications and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of KPI and dashboard reporting, business intelligence, predictive modeling, data mining, marketing analytics, and operations analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certifications.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.
