Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related modules.
- Build user experiences with Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, and custom Salesforce interfaces.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, controllers, test methods, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex, and custom Salesforce business logic.
- Configure Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and related administrative features.
- Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations, web services, middleware integrations, and external data exchanges.
- Manage Salesforce data migration, imports and exports, deployment, release cycles, version control, and production support.
- Lead production releases and post-deployment support while ensuring Salesforce security, sharing, compliance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, clients, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and improve business processes.
- Mentor junior developers and independently manage modules or projects.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Managed Packages, CPQ, Sites, Communities, or Mobile Publisher.
- Experience with Salesforce security models, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing models, and data access controls.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, integration patterns, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, data migration, deployment, testing, and code coverage.
- Experience using GitHub, Bitbucket, FlexDeploy, VS Code, ANT, Change Sets, or related development and deployment tools.
- Exposure to Amazon Web Services and cloud-based architecture is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified AI Associate, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, and Enterprise ChatGPT certifications are preferred.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
