Base Salary
$190k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain user experiences for external and internal customers.
- Work on foundational services that serve as the data funnel for the platform.
- Improve complex processes to enhance robustness and reduce human intervention.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to share knowledge.
- Develop ownership over system domains and make informed engineering tradeoffs.
- Advocate for and delight internal and external users.
- Direct AI agents throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to automate engineering tasks using AI.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in building and maintaining software in production.
- Desire to work with Node, TypeScript, React, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in using AI coding assistants to enhance development.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong desire to learn, think creatively, and mentor other engineers.
- Proactive and empathetic mindset focused on customer problem-solving.
- Experience in startups and/or fintech is preferred.
