Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build intuitive full-stack features for agent configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Design no-code tools for non-technical users to guide and evaluate AI agents.
- Create real-time monitoring and debugging experiences for agent behavior.
- Develop simulation and evaluation interfaces for agent functionality.
- Own the end-to-end agent development workflow from creation to deployment.
- Collaborate with customers to understand needs and iterate on solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack product engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Proven track record of shipping polished, user-facing features.
- Ability to prioritize and drive projects forward independently.
- Value ownership and responsibility for features and user experience.
- Background in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
